	Type of Recruitment Initiative (Menu Selection)	Brief Description of Activity
1	Indiana State Job Fair	February 6, 2008 – Doug Edge, General Manager and Brent Holl ESPN Sport Manager attended the Spring 2008 ISU Career Opportunity Fair. They discussed the company, the radio businesses and various career opportunities and skills need for the broadcast industry. In addition they screened for potential internship for the summer and resumes and applications were accepted.
2	Indiana Broadcaster Job Fair	October 25, 2007- Adam Michaels, Program Director and Chad Brumfield, Operations Manager attended the Indiana Broadcasters Association Job Fair. They took applications and screened resumes. In addition they talked to individuals about the skills and requirements need to work with Crossroads radio stations. Crossroads also ran ads for the Job Fair.
3	Indiana Black Expo Employment Opportunity Fair	July 19, 2007 – Mike Peterson, attended the 2007 Indiana Black Expo Employment Opportunity Fair. Mike talked to about 50 individuals, disseminating information about opportunities in radio broadcasting. Radio ads were ran from July 1-18 on all Crossroads stations to promote this event to our listeners. They ran 3 times per day on all stations.
4	Indiana Broadcaster Association Scholarship Program	January 3- February 29, 2008 - Ran commercials and assisted with the selection of the IBA 2007 Scholarship Program.
5	Ivy Tech Job Fair	March 26, 2008 - Hannah Farmer, Office Manager attended the Crossroads Communication booth that the Ivy Tech Job Fair for students and alumni. At the Job Fair the attendant talked to students about the career opportunities at Crossroads Communication in addition screening for new sales teen member. Applications and resumes were accepted.
6	EEO Recruiting	August 16 –September 15, 2008 & July 29, 2007 – March 31, 2008– Crossroads ran recruiting ads, four per day on all five of the radio stations.
7	Educational	February 20^th & 10^th 2008 -Doug Edge, General Manager & Chad Brumfield, Operations gave two station tours for the Terre Haute Area cub Scott as part of badge requirements
8	Indiana State Job Fair	August 13, 2007 – Brent Holl, ESPN Sports Manager & Chad Brumfield, Operations spoke with several students at ISU regarding working at our station as board operators. As a result of that presentation, Crossroads received at four applications.
